In order to facilitate smooth handling of any equipment, parts, or other materials return for service, an RMA (return material authorization) is required. Unfortunately, due to the volume of received material, any equipment returned without an assigned RMA will be returned freight collect to the shipper. There is no charge to obtain an RMA.
