Our marine integration subsidiary has a goal of designing and building a safer tomorrow for you today. Our engineers create the safest, most secure, and reliable communication and navigation systems through our extensive experience in the marine industry. We utilize modern computer aided design engineering. We keep our systems safe and reliable through responsive pre and post delivery training and integrated logistics application support.
Corporate headquarters is located in Ocala, Florida, however divisional headquarters, design and shop facilities are centrally located in the Gulf Coast ship yard region, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Individually, our team has provided equipment and support for numerous vessels in the service of Commercial, United States Government, and Foreign Government marine vessel owners and users.

Our marine services division is built upon the strong foundation of technical, service and business

Our division President has over twenty-five years experience in marine communication and navigation project management, design, training, amongst other areas of expertise within the industry.
We have a successful track record in marketing and winning large projects among which were U.S. Coast Guard Coastal Patrol Boats (CPB) and the U.S. Coast Guard Deepwater 123' vessel program. In coordination with various industry leading prime contractors' and their engineers, we have designed competitive electronics packages for both of these projects.
Our New Orleans division has a very successful history of real time training over 450 active U.S. Coast Guard personnel. This effort included all the logistics, training materials and instructional work.
Additionally, through various retained consulting agreements, our consultants have designed the HMI (Human Machine Interface) software for the monitoring and control of the machinery onboard the T-AKR 300 Bob Hope Class Fast Sealift ships. Additionally, they designed the software for the automatic electric plant control system, the automatic Cargo Storage Area HVAC system, the automatic bell log/data logging system and the automatic fire fighting system. There were over 6500 input/output points in this system. They have also designed a fully digital Autopilot system for T-AGOS 23 with an electronic charting system (ECS). Designed for the USS Rushmore, LSD-47 thirteen computers that simultaneously communicated with fifteen PLC’s used for real time data acquisition and control. Designs of the software for the monitoring and control of the Propulsion Plant, Power Management System, Vital Alarms and Steering System, automatic bell log/data logging system, HMI (Human Machine Interface) are also accomplished.
