Order Parts

This information is for use in ordering Sunair replacement parts and products and supersedes all previous catalogs, spare parts lists, or data listed in the maintenance manuals.

To assure you receive the correct parts promptly, the following information is necessary:

• Equipment Model Number where the part is used

• Software Revision Number for all E-Proms and firmware (9000) Series

• Technical Manual reference, page and figure

• Sunair 10 digit Part Number (or e thru g below)

• Reference Symbol Number (if available)

• Description of part required

• Function of part (if known)

• Quantity required

• Shipping and billing information

• Your order number

• Method of shipment

• Any special instructions

All prices are for F.O.B. Ocala, Florida. All items include commercial packing. MILSPEC or other special packaging quoted on request. Federal, State and Local taxes are not included. Florida accounts subject to Florida sales tax. Minimum billing for each order is $50.00

Phone inquiries may be made between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday and followed up in writing within 24 hours. Our pardon, but collect calls will not be accepted.

Material ordered in error or returned for customer convenience will be subject to fifteen per cent (15%) of list price restocking charge pending our inspection and acceptance of the returned goods. Parts must be returned within 30 days of original delivery in unused condition. Transportation charges must be prepaid to Sunair. Special orders will be excluded from any returns for credit. It is necessary that prior approval be obtained from Sunair before returning any material for credit. Call the Customer Services Department for Return Authorization Number.
